With a texture just like soft-serve, frozen bananas make the most amazing Ice Cream treat! Does it taste like bananas? It depends on what you add. Try adding frozen berries. Or nut butter. Or chocolate chips. Or coconut chips. Be creative! Yes, you do need to freeze the banana first. But that is very easy. Just peel. Then slice or dice or just squish it. Put onto a tray or into a freezer bag, and leave in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Then you’re ready to make the most amazing thing ever!
